Dr. Brockbank grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Zoology and then attended the George Washington University Medical School in Washington D.C. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Ft. Benning, Georgia. He served in the U.S. Army from 1998 to 2009 and has lived with his family in Kansas, Texas, and Colorado. During that time, he served two combat tours in Iraq as a Battalion and Brigade Surgeon. He now calls Pleasant Grove home where he lives with his wonderful wife and five children.
Dr. Brockbank is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP). He enjoys all aspects of family medicine, especially pediatric, adolescent and adult medicine. He also loves spending time with his family, traveling, sports, sculpturing, and the outdoors.
